The portfolio covers the full range of enterprise thin-client hardware from Dell Wyse, HP t-series, Lenovo ThinkCentre M-series, and IGEL UD — both refurbished units with full warranty and new stock sourced directly from the manufacturers. Units ship blank for organisations that manage imaging centrally, or pre-loaded with the operating system of choice: IGEL OS, ZeeOS, 10ZiG OS, or Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise. Every refurbished unit is factory-reset, NIST 800-88-compliant wiped, tested to full specification and shipped with a minimum 12-month warranty — meeting the procurement requirements of government, banking and healthcare buyers across the GCC.

Stock is held in-region in the UAE and KSA, which eliminates customs clearance delays and cuts typical lead times from 6–8 weeks to 3–5 business days. For programme rollouts with staggered delivery schedules, ThinClientDirect can hold consignment stock against a purchase order and release batches on demand — reducing the capital locked in hardware before deployment is ready.

End-of-life fleet management is handled through a structured buyback and secure decommissioning programme: existing thin clients are assessed, valued, and either remarketed or destroyed with certified data erasure documentation.
